It was my husband office order. They ordered this cake for celebrating their friend who will continue his study. When I got this order, my mind go straight to think what the decoration, what the material to decorate and I wanna everything are good edible. I mean it should be nice taste to eat.
The other thing is the size. I was confuse with pound measurement, cause I never made the cake by pound, I made the cake by the pan size. So, it's new experience for me :) Thank you to gave me a new challenge.
Finally, I made it. The diameter of the pan was 30cm, but that's over weight :) But I think it's Ok.

Just Simple is my way to decorate the cake. Just white and fondant ornament. Simple, but we can reach the destiny.
