These are the recipes that I used in my baking and cooking.

Eggs White Brownie

 

Low Fat Brownie Category

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC)
  • 100 gr butter
  • 100 gr flour
  • 200 ml eggs white
  • 120 gr sugar
  • 100 gr hazelnut or whatever nuts do you like or do you have
Direction:
  1. Melt DCC and butter, set aside.
  2. Pour the flour into the batter no.1, mix gently. Set aside.
  3. Beat eggs white until soft peak. And slowly add sugar bit by bit.
  4. Stir eggs white gently with the chocolate batter until well combined.
  5. Add a half hazelnut into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased pan.
  7. Put the remaining hazelnut on the top of batter and bake in 180C for 35 minutes. (preheated oven before used). Do not over bake, otherwise you will smell the burn brownie.
  8. Leave brownie in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and cooling it on the rack.
  9. Cut the brownie as big as you want, and serve it.
